  1. Return Request Timeline:

    1. Customers must raise a return request via email within 3 days of receiving the product.
    2. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  2. Video Verification:

    A video of the damaged or defective product must be sent to us for verification before initiating the return process.
  3. Condition of Product:

    The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  4. Return Approval:

    Returns will only be approved after the product has been verified through the video and meets all return criteria.
  5. Non-Returnable Items:

    Products on sale, under special offers, or marked as non-returnable will not be eligible for return.
  6. Shipping Costs:

    Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect product delivery.
  7. Refund or Replacement:

    Upon successful verification, you can choose between a refund or a replacement of the product.
  8. Processing Time:

    Once the return is approved, the refund or replacement process will take approximately 7-10 business days.
