- Within 7 days of delivery, submit a return or exchange request to Kasa X.
- Provide the order ID and reason for the return or exchange.
- Include any relevant photos or videos of the product (especially helpful for damaged items).
- Ensure the product is unwashed and unused and in its original condition with tags attached.
- Within 3 days of delivery, email Kasa X at kasaxenterprises@gmail.com to report damaged or incorrect items. Failure to do so may affect your eligibility for return.
- Kasa X may provide further instructions, such as requesting a video of the damaged item.
- Allow 5-7 days for Kasa X to process your request.
- Kasa X may request additional information or require you to return the product to the specified address.
